like Nandos but nicer

For the marinade
- 1 whole onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 pcs cili api
- 1 red chilli
- Some fresh basil
- 1 tbsp dried herbs
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder(for color)
- 1tbsp treacle(for color)
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce(optional)
- 1tbsp Sriracha
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180C for 30mins.
- Butterfly the chicken and sear the skin of the chicken on a hot pan. Transfer into the oven and cook for 1 hour or until done. Set aside the chicken.
- Scoop out all the bits from the oven tray and put back into the pan.
- Add in cream, and adjust the seasoning. Serve on the side as the dipping sauce.
