Honey Walnut Granola

  • 2 cups or 1200g rolled oats
  • 50g oil
  • 80g syrup
  • 4g salt
  • 2g cinnamon powder
  • 15g coconut flakes
  • For the mixed-ins
  • 50g Nuts of choice (Cashews, Walnuts)
  • 50g Dried Fruits (Raisins, Cranberries)

Method

  • Preheat oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet with a baking paper.
  • Mix everything in a big bowl. Make sure they are all coated.
  • Bake for 20minutes. Carefully mix halfway through the baking to make sure they are equally brown.
  • Once done, take out the tray from the oven. Sprinkle dried ingredients and let cool.
  • Store in a jar at room temperature.
