


- 2 cups or 1200g rolled oats
- 50g oil
- 80g syrup
- 4g salt
- 2g cinnamon powder
- 15g coconut flakes
- For the mixed-ins
- 50g Nuts of choice (Cashews, Walnuts)
- 50g Dried Fruits (Raisins, Cranberries)
Method
- Preheat oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with a baking paper.
- Mix everything in a big bowl. Make sure they are all coated.
- Bake for 20minutes. Carefully mix halfway through the baking to make sure they are equally brown.
- Once done, take out the tray from the oven. Sprinkle dried ingredients and let cool.
- Store in a jar at room temperature.
