
Ingredients
- 1 packet of tortillas
For the beef :
- 3 tbsp oil
- 100 gram beef, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
For the pickled onion:
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
For the pickled chillies:
- 2 green chillies, sliced
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
For more toppings(optional):
- chopped coriander
- large green chillies or bell pepper, chopped
- cabbage, chopped thinly
- avocado
- tomatoes
- cheese
For the garlic sauce:
- 2 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- a pinch of mixed herbs
Method:
For the pickled onion, toss the onions with the sugar and vinegar and a pinch of salt in a bowl, then set aside to soften. Repeat the same steps for the pickled chillies.
Heat the oil in a pan over a high heat, and toss in the sliced beef. Cook for a few minutes, and then take off the heat. Set aside.
For the garlic sauce, microwave the chopped garlic with the oil in a covered bowl for 30 seconds. Add in the Greek yogurt, salt and mixed herbs.
Serve the ingredients in a separate bowls, so everyone can assemble their own.
