easy peasy

- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- sprinkles of sesame seeds

Method
- Open a pack of cold tofu and place it on a plate.
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the tofu
- Microwave for 1minute. Serve with a bowl of warm rice.
