à la Sumi, London

Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 cup of frozen corn(optional)
For the steak :
- 400g steak
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
For the bok choy:
- 1 packet bok choy, cut into half
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- sprinkles of sesame seeds
Method:
For the steak, cook the steak on high for 1 minute on each side. Turn down the heat, cover the pan to cook to medium done and set aside. In the same pan, toss in the garlic and onion, add in soy sauce, tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce.
For the bok choy, sear the inner part with some oil on medium heat. Once brown, pour the water and cover the pan to steam the veg. Turn off the heat and pour in the sesame oil. Serve with sprinkles of sesame seeds.
