  • 4 large prawns
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into quaters
  • 4 inch of galangal, cut roughly
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves,tear roughly
  • 3 bird\’s eye chilli
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup / tin of mushroom of choice
  • 1/4 cup Thai chilli paste (nam prik pao)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 stalks of coriander
  • 1 cube of chicken buoillon

method

  • put all the ingredients in a pot.
  • cook for 15 minutes.salt to taste.
  • serve with rice.
