creamy tom yum

- 4 large prawns
- 2 cups of water
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 2 tomatoes, cut into quaters
- 4 inch of galangal, cut roughly
- 2 kaffir lime leaves,tear roughly
- 3 bird\’s eye chilli
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup / tin of mushroom of choice
- 1/4 cup Thai chilli paste (nam prik pao)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 stalks of coriander
- 1 cube of chicken buoillon
method
- put all the ingredients in a pot.
- cook for 15 minutes.salt to taste.
- serve with rice.
