for lunch?

For the salad:

  • 1 cup of chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1 can of tuna in chunks
  • 1/4 cup of chickpeas

For the dressing:

  • 1/4 of a whole onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • some chopped fresh herbs (mint and basil)

Method

  • Assemble the ingredients for the salad on a plate.
  • Make the dressing using the ingredients *for the dressing
  • Pour on the salad and mix before eating. Serve with some crackers.
