Steamed Eggs – Korean Style

with rice

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup mushroom
  • Some chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp MSG
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil

Method

  • Prep the mushroom and chives in a bowl
  • Mix the egg, water, fish sauce, salt and MSG. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  • Cover with a lid and microwave for 5 mins with half the power
  • Spoon the sesame oil on top. Serve hot with rice.
