for breakfast

- 1/2 whole onion, chopped
- 1 clove if garlic
- 1 can of ful beans (discard the water)
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 whole tomato, chopped
- 1 green chillic ,chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Saute onion and garlic with some oil.
- Add in ful beans, cumin powder and chilli powder.
- Using a masher, mash most of the beans.
- Turn off the heat. Transfer onto a plate.
- Topped with tomatoes, onions, chillies and fresh parsley and drizzle of olive oil
- Serve with tortilla.
