  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped thinly
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 portion soba
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 boiled egg
  • In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, salt, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and sesame oil. Let sit about 10 minutes. Set aside
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water.
