the one that eric kim makes in nyt cooking
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped thinly
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 portion soba
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 boiled egg







- In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, salt, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and sesame oil. Let sit about 10 minutes. Set aside
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water.
- boiled an egg and set aside.
- add in soba, topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- serve with water and some ice cubes, or cold water from the fridge.
