with vanilla ice cream




- 187g all purpose flour
- 150g castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 can of sliced pineapple
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp treacle
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
method
- preheat oven at 180c for 50 minutes.
- line an 8\” cake pan with a baking paper.
- lined with sprinkles of brown sugar and treacl, then arrange the pineapple slices on top.set aside.
- beat flour and sugar in a kitchen mixer until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- add in eggs. beat for another 2 minutes.
- add in all of the ingredients. pour onto the pan.
- bake for 25 minutes or until done.
- serve with a dollop of ice cream.
