Salmon Ochazuke

easy peasy

  • Ochazuke Packet
  • Boiling hot water
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • For the topping:
  • Protein of choice (1 slice of salmon, tuna works too)
  • Some seaweed
  • Sprinkles of sesame seeds

Method

  • Prepare the rice in a bowl.
  • Put the chunks of tuna on top.
  • Tear the ochazuke packet and empty the content. Put the topping ingredients on top.
  • Pour the hot water and serve quickly.
