Spicy Chicken Aglio Olio

using leftovers from the grilled chicken dinner.

This recipe came from when we were cleaning the fridge, and we needed to get rid of grilled chicken and grilled veges from yesterday’s dinner.

Just add in boiled pasta and we now have something for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of leftover grilled vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, onion and garlic)
  • 1 cup of leftover grilled chicken
  • 2 portion of boiled spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp dried herbs
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method

  • Boiled the spaghetti according to the instruction. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add in the vegetables and chicken and let them warm up a little bit.
  • Add in the spaghetti and season with some chili flakes and dried herbs. Salt to taste.
