Telur Goreng Kicap

  • 1/2 of whole onion, sliced 2
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 birds eye chilli
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salty soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 whole eggs

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, turn down the heat and carefully break the eggs into the pan, making sure to not break the yolk. Cover the pan with a lid to slightly cook the egg then take off the heat and set aside.
  2. Saute the sliced onion, garlic, and chilli, then add in soy sauce. Mix to combine and turn off the heat. Serve on top of the fried egg and rice.
