eggs with soy sauce

- 1/2 of whole onion, sliced 2
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 birds eye chilli
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp salty soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 whole eggs
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, turn down the heat and carefully break the eggs into the pan, making sure to not break the yolk. Cover the pan with a lid to slightly cook the egg then take off the heat and set aside.
- Saute the sliced onion, garlic, and chilli, then add in soy sauce. Mix to combine and turn off the heat. Serve on top of the fried egg and rice.
