for lunch?

For the salad:
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1 can of tuna in chunks
- 1/4 cup of chickpeas
For the dressing:
- 1/4 of a whole onion, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1/2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- some chopped fresh herbs (mint and basil)
Method
- Assemble the ingredients for the salad on a plate.
- Make the dressing using the ingredients *for the dressing
- Pour on the salad and mix before eating. Serve with some crackers.
