with creamy sauce

for the patty:

  • 400g beef
  • 1 packet hard tofu
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 whole onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp msg

for the cream sauce:

  • 1/2 whole onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cooking cream

method

  • for the patty, mix all off the ingredients and divide into 4 pcs of patty.
  • heat some oil and brown the patty on the pan, about 1 min, then turn the patty to brown the other side.
  • pour in 1/4 cup of water and cover the pan with a lid. this will cook the inside of the patty. set aside.
  • to make the sauce, saute the onion, garlic and black pepper with butter.
  • add in cooking cream once they turn brown, salt to taste.
  • serve the patty and the sauce with rice.
