with creamy sauce

for the patty:
- 400g beef
- 1 packet hard tofu
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 whole onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp msg
for the cream sauce:
- 1/2 whole onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cooking cream

method
- for the patty, mix all off the ingredients and divide into 4 pcs of patty.
- heat some oil and brown the patty on the pan, about 1 min, then turn the patty to brown the other side.
- pour in 1/4 cup of water and cover the pan with a lid. this will cook the inside of the patty. set aside.
- to make the sauce, saute the onion, garlic and black pepper with butter.
- add in cooking cream once they turn brown, salt to taste.
- serve the patty and the sauce with rice.
